Rental Agreement

Rental Requirements
- • Identification: A valid passport must be provided for all rentals.
- • Driver's License: Renter must hold a valid license for at least 2 years.
- • Authorized Drivers: Only the person(s) listed in the agreement are permitted to drive the vehicle.

Rental Period & Returns
- • Notice Period: At least 2 weeks notice is required before returning the vehicle.
- • Return Time: Vehicles must be returned by 6:00 PM on the agreed date.
- • Condition: Must be returned with a full tank of fuel and in the same condition as received.
- • Late Fees: A charge of AUD 20 per hour applies to any late returns.

Fees & Security Deposit
- • Weekly Rate: Standard rental fee is AUD 180 per week (unless otherwise specified).
- • Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of AUD 300 is required.
- • Refund Policy: Processed within 15 days after return, pending check for fines or damages.

Insurance & Liability
- • Excess: In case of accident or damage, the renter is liable for an AUD 1,000 excess.
- • Full Liability: Renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance or caused by negligence/misuse.
- • Fines: All traffic and toll fines incurred during the period are the renter's responsibility.
Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Melbourne, Australia.
